This offer is for a gorgeous vintage Minton, England, double handled cream soup bowl and saucer crafted in bone china. The retired pattern on this difficult to find set consists of a gold floral and berry design over white with scalloped rims. The pieces are trimmed in gold at the rims, foot of the bowl, and handles. The gold trim and overall condition of these pieces are excellent, with no chips, cracks, repairs, crazing, discoloration, or even utensil marks observed. The maker mark on these pieces suggests production from 1951 and on.
The saucer measures 6.25” diameter and the cup measures 4.5” diameter, with handle-to-handle measurement of about 6.25” and height of 2 1/8”.
Use this set as a replacement or an addition to a collection. It would also make a beautiful display or a wonderful gift for someone who collects Minton china.
